Care Management fees are funded directly from your Support at Home budget and appear in your monthly statement. The amount of Care Management you receive is determined by your Support at Home classification and the needs identified in your care plan.

The Administration Fee covers provider overheads such as Care Manager review of suitability, supplier checks, compliance requirements, education and invoice processing Under Support at Home.
The cost of a delivered meal is split into:
- 70% (meal preparation and delivery) – claimable from your funding.
- 30% (ingredients cost) – payable directly by you to the meal supplier.

We can also help you apply for government-funded care, like Home Care Packages, the new Support at Home program, or the NDIS, depending on your needs.
The Support at Home program is a new government initiative starting on 1 November 2025. It’s designed to help older Australians stay independent and live safely at home for longer.
This new program will replace the current Home Care Packages and Short-Term Restorative Care programs.
Key points:
- You’ll get a personalised care plan based on your needs.
- The government will provide a care budget every 3 months, which you can use for support services.
- Services can include help with showering, cleaning, cooking, nursing, transport, and more.
- There’s also extra funding for equipment like shower chairs or grab rails, and home changes like ramps or rails.
- You’ll have support from a care manager to help organise everything.
